Terms & Conditions for Sweet Pea’s Flower Delivery
We will always use fresh seasonal flowers. If a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute it for a flower of the same or higher value in the same style. Please allow 24 hours to deliver your flowers.
It is possible to arrange same day delivery if we have the fresh stock in store, however orders must be placed by 12pm and placed over the phone. Please call us on 0203 095 9774
If the recipient is not home, we will try to leave them with a neighbour. If that is not possible we will leave a note to say we tried to deliver. The recipient can then re-arrange delivery. Flowers can also be collected from our shop.
Deliveries to business will be made within business hours, by 6pm. For non business addresses we are unable to specify a delivery time.
We do not deliver on Sundays (except Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day)If you require any further assistance please don’t hesitate to call us on 0203 095 9774
Please place an order with us by ordering via our online shop. As part of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors or changes you wish to make. Paypal will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the product(s) you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we receive notification of payment for your order via Paypal. We will then despatch your order unless you have notified us that you wish to cancel and we have agreed to such changes.
We may refuse to accept an order if goods are unavailable, we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, if there has been a product pricing or description error and/or if you do not meet the eligibility set out in our terms and conditions. Whenever possible we will send flowers similar to those seen on the website photograph. If we do have to substitute flowers due to lack of availability due to seasonal changes, we reserve the right to replace flowers of equal or higher value without notice. Should something be completely unachievable we will contact you before delivery to discuss your options.
Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including the address and the postal code and telephone number of the recipient. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you. Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given. All prices of the online shop products are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
We reserve the right to express prices exclusive of VAT, but we will always show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
Cancellations and Refunds
Should you need to cancel or amend your order please notify us as soon as possible by telephone on 0203 095 9774, at least 24 hours before the delivery date. If your order has been dispatched you will be fully charged. Due to the perishable nature of flowers any complaints, refunds or replacements will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Messages You must agree that any messages you pass on through us will not be deemed by the recipient, in any way, harassing, threatening, vulgar or abusive. You are entirely responsible for the content on personalised messages, we do not screen messages but may monitor content and reserve the right to refuse the delivery of any message that seems wholly unsuitable or objectionable. Liability We endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our control. While we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website.
We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.
Terms & Conditions for Sweet Pea’s Flower Arranging Workshops
We hope you are going to have a fabulous experience at a workshop. Please ensure that you read the following terms & conditions carefully. Places for our courses are payable in full at the time of booking. Your place is confirmed only when we have received full payment and a confirmation has been sent to the email address you have provided. As this is a one-off event, bookings cannot be cancelled or exchanged and they are non-refundable. You can re-schedule your booking for another available date if we receive a request to do so no later than 7 days before the workshop.
Sweet Pea Flowers Ltd reserves the right to alter the content, date and time of the workshop, when due to circumstances beyond our control. Sweet Pea Flowers Ltd is not liable for any injury which may sustained whilst attending this workshop. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your experience, please send your complaint in writing within 7 days of your workshop to 234 Winchmore Hill Rd, London N21 1QR and we will respond within 7 days.
